View Full Version : Help. I think i accidently changed my broadband

Like the title says

Last nite i logged on my virgin media




Then i clicked on "View or change package"
Download Failed (1)





Then i clicked on "up to 50mb". Then i clicked on "Continue to checkout"

Then i dont click "Continue" I click "basket"

Then i click "My virgin media"

On my "virgin media" its still the same
Download Failed (1)

And

When i click "View or change package" its still the same

I jus wanted make sure if i didnt or did change the broadband

I was thinkin of this all nite. Doin my head in

I'd say no you haven't... you'd have an email if you did confirming.

I Jus got worried that i changed my broadband last nite lol

@ Nopanic. I didnt recive any email. and my packages are extacly the Same has b4 (ALL XL)

@ Nopanic. I jus wana confirm they send u a email if u change any package via "View or change package" ?

when i log into myvirgin media..i select what packages i would like then if you look on the screen it says something like they will contact you about the new price or "deal"

i would say unless they have contaced you then you have not upgraded

I would also say no you didn't change it

Although that's a lot of steps to go through for 'accidentially' ;)

Thats only if u complete the checkout process "Continue to checkout"
