What are the power levels of your modem? :) Power levels tend to raise in the evening so if they are borderline anyway it could just kick them out of spec when they fluctuate :)

Your not the only one m8, VM admitted to me that they are using "management" at peak times, mine got so bad, my 10 meg dropped to 0.1, & my connections kept "Timing out". Its beem happening for a couple of months.

Yea ive noticed a reduction in speeds as well. Makes me think of moving to something else like sky.

Up to now I have had a reasonable service from VM, however, I have just moved to sky, my BB speed has now settled at just over 13 meg.

http://192.168.0.1 should be the page for the modem; but I'm not any use past that as I used the superhub :)

As far as I'm aware that's too low, you need to phone up virgin and tell them and they'll send out an engineer to fix it :)
