Just had 100MB Broadband installed few days ago the max speed I got was 91mb and just today I did a speed test and I got the following

Am pretty sure 150mb is not out yet :D

Are you using Kaspersky? There is a known cacheing ohenomenon associated with this application (which cab be paused).

It'll be a local cache issue.

It's not normally caching on speedtest, which uses 3 different techniques to combat caching. Any web browser/proxy/cache that's still caching it is seriously broken.

Kaspersky also doesn't cache, technically it's buffering and processing delay.

Yes, they have "fixed" it somewhat. The effect is still there and while the test makes efforts to mask it, it does still have an effect though a little in the other direction now. It doesn't give you stupidly high speeds (e.g. 200mbps on a 20mb line) but it still isn't accurate either.
