How did you upgrade to 100mb?

We may upgrade to the 100mb product sometime in the near future, but I was wondering how you all went about doing it?

When I check my postcode on the VM site, it says 100mb is available, but, when I login and go to the change package screen, I don't get any upgrade option at all

Is there a special page I have to go to?

I guess you could be on the boarder of 2 aeras when 1 part has been upgraded while another has'nt?.

Try putting in the postcode for the other side of the street or the next street to see what that come up with.

I think you have to wait for Virginmedia to release the 100mb product for sale. Which happened about 2-3 weeks after the website showed it was available in my area.
