I had Voicemail Plus but it was a night mare finding the pin code that Virgin Media had created and put on the voicemail without telling me what is was, I was passed round 4 agents on a 40 minute call.

Finally sorted out by a Very helpful lady agent on faults in India.

I do not remember her name but she went that extra mile in sorting the problem out.

I've actually had a couple of really good results and experiences from the offshore call centres recently, so I feel it's only fair to give credit where it's due.

Glad to hear it's not just me. Maybe training is getting better offshore and hopefully there will be more positive experiences in the future :)
