hello im in the portsmouth area on 50mb my internet has been working fine then today, i keep losing my connection and when i do have a connection it is really slow.

looking on my modem config page i keep seeing No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

in the event log????

Your downstream power level is too low.

What's your upstream like?

edit my downstream power levels now read

Power Level
(dBmV)1.18 0.78 0.40 1.59

The may be an area fault with the downstream fluctuating that much.

thee upstream is to high and would warrant a engineer visit if the is no area issue.

just spoke to the virgin media internet team and apparently its a fault at there end and it should be sorted within 24hours..
