Hi
Since i had the superhub installed few months ago, every time i turn my pc (cabled) on, from the pc not socket (router pc and all that left on overnight)
i have a no connection to nearly every site or slow connection, usually just a web page with just text no images. which lasts for about 5 minutes and then the connection is back to normal. this is not the only problem i have, when ever i turn a laptop (wireless) on, i have no/slow connection for the same time and then about 5 minutes after you have no connection for about a minute and then its back even through the other computers are no effected by this when it happens.

anyone know what causes this

thanks

post your modem stats, as well as a speedtest and pingtest

connection stats found in superhub GUI and www.speedtest.net and www.pingtest.net for the two connection tests

Practically every time I switch on my (wired) desktop my superhub reboots itself which takes about 3 to 5 minutes. Could that be your problem?

everyone is having troubles with the manchester pingtest server at the moment, giving packet loss, its not a superhub fault, im on the modem.

The speedtest you have posted looks slow, especially the upload, ill take a look at the stats when you are able to post them ;)

The stats seem okay, downstream SNR looks a bit low, if it drop below 33 it could give you problems, but it looks more like an upstream utilisation issue, and the only way to find out is to ring up tech support

ok will have to, in my area there's always a issue but usually just mine connection goes, such as if the weather to rain or when its been hot it goes cold, then your connection goes dead slow.
i rang them before when it went down at christmas and they were saying there isn't enough bandwidth for the amount connections in your area. maybe that issue too.

but annoying with this hub why it does what it does, before i changed to this hub i never had to wait to access the internet besides when it went down
thanks again
