Derby Slow Speed - DE21

I've had a slow internet connection for around 10 days now. I get a about 5 mins when it's fine and then it goes slow again.

Anybody else having problems? I've checked the online status and Virgin are saying it's all fine in our area.

DE22 here on 50mb and no problem,

post your modem stats someone here maybe able to see a problem
