10Mb Not 20Mb

Hi Support Team

I recently upgraded my broadband package to 30Mb and am awaiting the modem (tomorrow Wednesday)

However the previous 10mb download speed is still testing @ 10Mb.

Could you please check it out for me.

You won't get the upgrade until the new hardware arrives - 30Mb is only supplied over the Superhub.

yep its fixed now.

he has changed it, before when you hovered over it, it underlined and highlighted, but there was no link lol
