Downstream power is pretty low for the modulation you're connected to.

What about the Upstream Channels Lock?

To make it a bit easier to read:

Primary Downstream Service Flow
Downstream (0)
SFID 30055
Max Traffic Rate 33330000 bps
Max Traffic Burst 3044 bytes
Mix Traffic Rate 0 bps

Primary Upstream Service Flow
Upstream (0)
SFID 2328
Max Traffic Rate 3333000 bps
Max Traffic Burst 8160 bytes
Mix Traffic Rate 0 bps
Max Concatenated Burst 8160 bytes
Scheduling Type Best Effort

your downstream power levels are way too low, and your downstream SNR is also low, you also havnt posted your upstream stats, so i cant take a look at those, you will definitley need a technician visit to sort that out

You need a technician with those downstreams and your upstream is spot on.

to clear up the upstream

Upstream Channels
Lock Status Modulation Channel ID Max Raw Bit Rate Frequency Power
Locked ATDMA 120480 Kbits/sec 45800000 Hz 44.7 dBmV
Unlocked Unknown 00 Ksym/sec 0 Hz 0.0 dBmV
Unlocked Unknown 00 Ksym/sec 0 Hz 0.0 dBmV
Unlocked Unknown 00 Ksym/sec 0 Hz 0.0 dBmV

yep your upstream is fine, just the downstream that will need sorting out

Hiya,

I forgot to mention that it has all been sorted now. The guy that came out, was fantastic - he gave me a VM dongle and sorted out the downstream power issues.

Aswell, the guys that installed me put a V box in and due to the sales rep mess up, I spoke to customer services who sent me a V+ Free of charge.

Aswell, I wantd a multi room option and as a gesture of goodwill I got a second box installed for free and only £5 a month.

I must say, I am very very very very impressed with VM and their service. I am looving the sexy V+ Box.

Virgin and the team, you have done a fantastic job :)
