I am aware that there is a sticky that gives info on this subject and I have read it.
My web surfing and download speeds have been awful for about a week now so I have spoken to the nice Indian staff at VM to see if there is a problem in my area and have been told there is not. I then asked them to check my modem signal levels and they said they were fine too. However they appear to be somewhat different to what I read in the sticky.
Can someone please tell me if its worth bothering VM again by looking over the details below:

Your power levels are fine for a 20Mb connection.
