Superhub Ping and tracert not working [Archive]

I just realised that ping and tracert from a command prompt has stopped working on both my machines.

I'm not getting time outs. In vista I just get "General Failure" in XP I get "destination Host Unreachable"

I have tried with all firewalls disabled.

I can still ping my local lan as usual.

I can still ping and tracert WAN and LAN from the diagnostic page in the superhub.

Can anyone confirm whether this is a superhub problem or not? I've running R26 firmware.

i dont use my superhub, but you can try restoring factory settings or rebooting the superdud

Where are you trying to run the tracert and ping to?

I was using both bbc.co.uk or 212.58.224.138 to test.
