I've had my 30Mb service since it came out and it's been fine but other the past few weeks I've noticed web pages sometimes hang and usenet speed can crawl to 200 kbps.

I've posted my graphs and stats for some advice please.

looks like your suffering over utilisation as your stats look fine. that tbb graph is solid evidence that your service is diabolical. get on the blower to virgin and get them to sort that out, I have never seen a graph quite like that

Just in contrast, I have a line at my other address about 3 miles from here with Be broadband.

that to me doesnt look like a typical congestion graph.

I blame VM a lot but in this case I suggest you run 'netstat -no' on all devices connected as well as checking connection stats on modem and running some ping and tracert checks.

I see you posted connection stats, so check on the local devices.
