Personally, I don't think it is. Whether or not it is value "for money" is subjective.
I've never seen someone with so many red dots next to their name before ,are you going for a record ?
I've never seen someone start so many pointless threads before in such a short space of time before ,are you going for a record ?
Ive never seen someone hate VM so much but continue to use their service ,are you a prat ?

Look at his other posts from earlier, he was being quite abusive and just generally breaking site rules
I might be missing something but why has he been banned? He has possed a question for which everyone can offer their opinion on. It is no worse than some other posts people have made, the only difference is that he has asked a question instead of making a statement

Relative to the speeds that are on offer and noting the protocol specific and protocol agnostic restrictions on the service along with the partially offshored support yes, absolutely.
I would ask for a next question but given you appear to be unable to respond such a request would be rather futile.
