This evening we are suffering from a slow connection and the service status is showing TV issues but nothing for internet.
Only getting 5meg download.
Have rebooted Superhub and powered down all systems for a few minutes but this made no difference.

Speedtest fails to complete as it seems to stop working on the download speed test.

Your stats are all fine. Sounds like a local utilisation issue and you will need to ring tech support

make sure the cabling is all right and screwed in tightly, no cuts in it, and make sure you havnt dug through it in your garden. also, make sure that the street cabinet (green) is in tact and isnt buzzing. if all else fails, call tech support and they will send someone out

I see your upload speed is around the 4.7 mark. We had this until i decided to get the Superhub and now get 2.4 at best.

Are you using the VMG300 or Superhub??

the superhub has a bug in the firmware which cuts the upload when the users is on a motorola bsr. he must be using a modem if he is on the same BSR as you
