A bit over the top, I think...........problem relates to users using Virgin security, NOT all PCs.

If you are using the info in the post you linked to to prove your point I'd read it agan if I were you. At no point does it say any PC has crashed.

No. It's not. It's causing problems with those individual applications, not the PC as a whole. Get your facts right.

In fact I'd even go so far as saying that advising people not to upgrade to a new version of IE just because it's causing problems with one or two applications is massively irresponsible. One thing that helps the spread of viruses massively is people refusing to upgrade their browsers because of scare stories like this.

virgin security is rubbish as it give u false reading on speed test site for upload. so just ignore this idiot who trys scaring ppl. i advise using MSE if virgin Security give problems.

Can back you up on that one.
It has a low memory foot print so does not lag my system, and detects viruses very well.
