Who do I complain to about a box that was open today and left with wires hanging out and half closed and the pavement top slab not flush will cause someone to trip as it’s a full four inches exposed above the pavement?

I was out but was told someone was at the box at the end of the drive and what can I say, do ~Virgin employ special needs? Yes that’s a bit over the top but you’d have to be seriously lacking to leave a pavement and green box like this? :dunce:

This is why i have BE and Sky..mind you had some poor sky engineers

Cheers

The cabinet Hotline number is 0330 333 0444, but you can report it online using:

The uneven paving slab would be the councils responsiblity I'd have thought

i think the OP was talking about the grids in front of the cabinet. They are VM's as well.

doesnt seem like kids to me, the door is open, and the grid is up, sounds to me like the tech who was adjusting someones connection forgot to tidy up after himself

A tech would get fired for that its health and safety .. no way a tech has left it like that.

I bring you back to the OP's legit point do Virgin employ special needs?

Techs may accidentally have left a door open but not a pit, the only time I've seen this was kids or the gas board as there was a gas leak

It was a Virgin Van as it was parked over my Drive I was not in at the time but was told about it. I really should put up a pic, it’s that poor a job. The green box is not shut and open as there is a thick cable jammed down the side and he had the slab up as well and its not a case of stand on it as its not been put back right and weighs a ton so its solid sticking up proud of the pavement level.

Cheers for the link filled out the Email

mines just round the corner, it was open the other week, i reported it a soon as i got home and it was fixed by the time i got home the next day.

Interesting to see the wires inside, like spaghetti junction. im sure all those coax cables jumbled together will cause some kind of magnetism... im sure you can see where im getting to... yes, ping and jitter of course

this is just another one of my theories
