I have recently moved address and taken my Virgin service with me. Currently on the 20mb broadband. The installer replaced my Cisco modem with one of the superhubs (thanks!) I called about upgrading to the 30mb service to be told they would need to send me yet another superhub out so they could activate it. Is there really any need for this, just seems stupidly wasteful - I already have the kit ready to go.

No its a free upgrade to 30. If I ever see anyone with a superhub on 20meg I call up and get them upgraded (if they want)

Choose the thinking of leaving us option or twitter to speak to someone who knows what there talking about

Cheers for that, I'll look at the twitter option, sick of calling up!
