Badly Treated Again

I just saw an ad this evening with info of their latest offer. It was something like tv, Phone with unlimited weekend calls & 30Mb with a superhub for such an amount for the first 6 months then £25 thereafter and they just sold me over the phone a whopping £21 pm for a measly 10Mb when they know that my money is tight and he even tried to flog me a phone line for an whopping extra £5.50 aswell for a total of £26.50. No 1st 6 months offers or anything. He didn't even bother to say oh have you seen our latest advert it works out better that way. I have been without vm broadband for 2 years now because i wasn't treated well in the past and now i get treated like this. I should have known better. I will be cancelling tomorrow.

The prices you're quoting for 30Mb and call package do not include Line rental

The advert you saw almost certainly has the additional cost of the phoneline in the small print so the total price is £25 + £12.99 = £37.99.

What you have been offered is the correct price for 10Mb BB standalone - £21 and with phoneline - £26.49.

PS In fact, I have found the offer. It's £20 for six months then £25 thereafter but you do have to add in the £12.99 for phoneline, making the total £32.99 for six months then £37.99 thereafter.
