Manchester my next door neighbour's bb and tv is on ...i cant make this out
becuaese my bb and tv have been playing havok for over a week ..ive had techs out they replaced things seems like this is deliberate..that my conection is been tampered with ..i am typing this now from a 3G dongle SkY is Looking so good at the moment.......i am this close to saying to virgin fu....ive had enuf ...

Hard to say, could be a number of things. Have you been given a fault ticket number when you called faults? If there is 9 other customers affected then that's an outage and an outage ticket would have been raised before it got to that stage.
