At last it has arrived, 3 days late.

It's a bit of a shambles, the pages are very slow to load.

Also I still can't get everything on one login, I have to log in separately to get email, as it insists on linking the billing and package details to the original 'account holder' email address which I haven't used for years and which it won't let me change.

Anybody else tried it? Was it worth the wait?

Actually it is a lot easier to use than the old pages and more intuitive and today is the first time that I have seen a live page.

You do not have to go back and forth as with the previous version and it is all ther for you to see.

This comment is made as a customer not an employee because if I disliked it I would say so.

Totally agree Masque it is alot easier, I do wish for package details that it would display I am a VIP 50 Customer rather than XXL, XL and XL! Only gripe though!

Yes definitely easier to get at email, it used to be a pain.

Yes I agree with the VIP50 comment. Mine shows the same and when I try to click on the view or change packages button I get an error.
