Hi there, just wondering .if any one know's what port's need forwarding for the ps3. Im getting poor connection with wirless with my ps3 & thinking of homeplug's but would like to try all other option's before i lay out cash on h.p. Thanks.

psn has its own ports, as do specific games so it might help if you mention which games you play.

I just use google and type in "what ports for black ops on ps3" and you soon get the info you need

No probs dude, I would still go down the wired route though.

In my opinion and experience, the Wi-Fi on the PS3 is pretty poor, can't beat a wired connection

I also agree. We used the Wireless for a month and now using cat5e cable and there is a big improvement to online gaming, and streaming over the network.

PS, was a pain to do (drilling through walls) but well worth the effort.

Go wired and put the PS3 in the DMZ. It's worth it.
