Hi,

I'm on Virgin Media XL package (TV/Phone/Broadband) with a wireless N router. My connection keeps being interrupted and when I run the laptop's diagnostic tool it tells me that there are problems with my DNS server.

Does anyone have any idea why/what to do about it?

Go to 192.168.100.1 (http://192.168.100.1) and post your upstream and downstream power levels and downstream SNR. This is always a good thing to check first.

Downstream Receive Power Level : -5.3 dBmV

Downstream SNR : 37.4 dB

Upstream transmit Power Level : 47.0 dBmV

Is this the right thing?
