engineer has been out today but still have awful speeds and is a nightmare trying to get pages to load

is it still VM fault?

The downstream snr looks low.

Downstream SNR is way too low. Should be minimum 32+, ideally 35+. An engineer leaving it in that state is pretty incompetant.

It is within spec but not by much, so the issue could be with the Upstream SNR which any agent listening to the issue should actually investigate further and if need be call 2nd line for further advice.

I would prefer it personally to be mid 30's though as you say for it to be more stable.
