phoned VM this evening to ask if i could have a wireless router.i am on 10 Meg and do not require a speed increase.i was quoted £60 for the router,or upgrade to 30 Meg and get charged an extra £12 per month on top of the £20-75 i pay now.i am thinking of ditching VM phone and BB and going to BT,for a FREE hub.it will be an 18 month contract though. if i buy a router myself does anyone have any good reviews for a decent BB router to use with cable

thanks

Or get a newer VM D-Link cable router for less than 10 quid on ebay, that they gave out free last year, and is better than the current Virgin Hub/Superhub. Oh it has wireless-N too and supports open firmwares.

thanks for your very helpful quote. do you work for customer services?if you read the post correctly i want to stay with VM but other options seem better.i have no problem with VM per se but if you are the face of VM mr murdoch at sky will be very happy.hopefully you enjoy your job losing customers to other providers.thanks to all other posters on this thread who have offered good advice
