The wiring to that light just won't be up to the job of running those motors, especially if you activated both at the same time! :shocking: No matter what a motor is rated at, the initial "push" can often draw 10x that!

i used to fit garage doors with those motors a couple of years ago and you are right the initial take off of the door takes a lot more power also because it would be working against the spring when dropping the door ,one day that cable will go up like fuse on a stick of dynamite
