Hi folks, wondering if anyone can shine a bit of light on this for me?

Presently have to reset our modem (Ambit 256?) about 5-15! times a day :erm: twice in the last hour.
Running a wireless router (Belkin F5D7231 G) that has the mac cloned from my main pc to see if that would let it reconnect without resetting without any joy.
Got 2 laptops and the kids have 2 pc's on wireless, main pc is on a wired connection and is not on that often.. mostly used for Gaming when i get the chance. There does not seem to be a pattern of how many are connected to amount of disconnects. No mega downloads going on, kids on msn or games and us older folks browsing web/facebook etc.

Location is Falkirk, and I'm ex telewest/Blueyonder.

Logged into the modem and copied all the info since it seems to be the way to do things on here and there seems to be a lot of time-outs on the log...

Downstream power level is too low, upstream is too high.

You need a tech out so ring in.( don't even need to look at the log file.).
