Could you run and post the results from here please.

With regards to your upload, i'm not 100% sure but i don't think your ubr has been updated to the 5Mb upload speed yet. If this is correct then your current upload is spot on.

Let's have a look at your upstream and downstream stats as well.

Your signals are low, if you have an attenuator on the back of your modem take it off

OK even though the formatting of you stats was poop the downstream power level is far too low at -7dBmv and you need a tech out to adjust, or if there is a forward path attenuator fitted to the back of the hub take it off.

-3.5 dBmV now

pip08456

Is that on it's own or have you removed an attenuator?

only thing connected is the box with tv and fm on it.

not use to these things lol:rolleyes:

So it is fluctuating on it's own between -7dBmv and -3dBmv?

If so you'll need to get a tech out to track down the problem.

yeah, been trying to get a tech out for ages but India or whoever say there is nothing wrong.

Ring the number I posted earlier to get 50Mb support in the morning. Or try emailing the twitter team.

"We're Sam, Billy, Pete, Asam & Alex, here from 8am-4.15pm (Mon-Fri). Email us at twitter @ virginmedia.co.uk"
