Please can users who live in the South Wembley, Neasden or Sudbury Town area who have the 50mb service post any problems they have had.
My connection today is down to 3mb!!!!!!!
Virgin wont say what the problem is only that it may be fixed in May 2011. We have had this problem since September 2010 and despite many promises they keep fogetting the refunds.
I would like to know how many people have this issue and are you complaining or are you happy with 10-20% of speed you pay for each month?
The TV service from others in the street seems Ok so are we 50mb users subsidising the TV users who pay less than we do?
I keep getting junk mail from virgin offering me the 50mb service, perhaps I should take it up again with all the special offers and discounts I am not currently getting.
Why does Virgin treat its old customers like something they have stepped in?
