View Full Version : Is this a reasonable speed for 20Mb?

I've been getting similar speeds for ages now. I thought this was bad but maybe I'm being totally unreasonable.
Here's the topic I've been posting in on Virgin's forums since November regarding this and nothing has changed.

I don't think you're being unreasonable. I have the 10mb package and get this:

It's just the way it operates. Just disable while you perform the test and enable again after.

I knew I was, it's a known issue with Kaspersky.

a/v skew results because they first download to their buffer, and then the buffer sends to your browser, so the reported speedtest result is from the local a/v buffer. nod32 only does small bits in buffer at time so can still give accurate result.
