If am lucky I get on for about a minute then lose connection, feels like it’s looping over and over the same problems. Have phoned was told low power fault in my area
Would be repaired by 24 Feb. Does this sound right by looking at the below info

Try.........

Switch off the Super hub firewall and IP flood detection.

but problems started last night now all morning?

Try reboot SHub

Maybe it's an area fault?

Ugh! Phone TS and hope for an onshore agent.
