immoboliser

Hi Everyone , New to this forum & looking for help , i have a 2001 galaxy 1.9tdi (vw engine) parked her up sunday & no probs, went to start her thursday & it looks like the immoboliser is activated, have tried to disarm it but no good, anyone with ideas pls ?
