As title suggests, a replacement hub is on it's way today as the current one is faulty. I'm reasonably sure HDNL aren't going to take the faulty one away but thought I'd check so I'm not rushing about when the courier arrives.

If not, then what is the latest policy with un-used hardware? I still have the Ambit modem and when 30mb arrives I'll have the Superhub as well as two normal hubs (the one arriving today and the faulty one) - so one active piece of equipment and three not.. :erm:

No we do not take modems back as yet so if able take it to your local dump and place in the recycling bins after first breaking the screw on adaptor off the back with a pair of pliers to stop any potential broadband thieves reusing the device.

Thanks Masque. The guy has actually just dropped it off.
Yes, I'm able to do that.
