:dozey: How do you obtain your Banking History, I.E, All the loans that your bank may have made to you, credit cards supplied to you by the bank etc?
Also, Is it possible to have copies of the Loan/Card agreements also?
Thanks. :)

Request them from your bank in writing, due to the Data Protection Act they can not refuse and they have a certain amount of time to get them to you. (Which i cant remember!)

Did mine a few years back for claiming back my bank charges.

They sent them straight away, and then I used template letters off of www.moneysavingexpert.com to make the actual claim. The first letter they point blank refused, then www.moneysavingexpert.com has a second template so used that and they made me a offer which I accepted. :)

Remember the bank can make a charge for providing this information.
