Ok so I have gone and destroyed the non stick on the bread pan for a breadmaker by using a metallic knife to losen the bread from the edge to get it out of the bucket. Question is, where can i get hold of a new pan?

It is a Russell Hobbs 17887 Fast Bake Breadmaker

Google is your friend. ;)

You will have to fill in their enquiry form as they don't apparently keep parts for that model in stock. Is it very new?

Don't take a chance on whether it might look like the right part. A quick enquiry to those spares people is what you need - they will be able to confirm whether it's a universal part (which is unlikely).

@ Masque its the wrong model anyway, the one i need is for a 17887 :)
@ Chris Cant get in touch with them at the mo as they're not accepting anymore enquiries for a few days, but will keep my eye on it. :)

Christmas backlog, probably.

In the meantime, don't wash the pan in between cycles. Let a layer of burned stuff accumulate on the damaged areas and it should help 'patch' them.

I expected as much, if push comes to a shove you can always replace the complete unit for £59.99 inc postage from Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/Russell-Hobbs-17887-Fast-Breadmaker/dp/B002MRS1L4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=kitchen&qid=1294511101&sr=8-1

Oddly enough, the company that Masque linked to is just up the road from me and I pass it practically every day. Would you like me to pop in for you if I get a chance?
