Getting darker and more serious as they go on. :erm:

The country grinds to a halt again after a light dusting of snow in March which is explained away as being too late in the year and they aren't prepared for it.

Jordan announces her divorce a few days before the royal wedding and when she finds out no-one cares tries something else to gain media interest.

A new labour leader when the current one gives up after yet another beasting at PMQ's

A 'spectacular' terrorist attack linked to an IRA splinter group either in N. Ireland or the mainland.

And the usual collection of terrorist attacks, deaths of soldiers in Afghanistan and other cheery news items.

1. More pain and abuse to come in the name of religion, especially for the very young.

2. More and more will break free from the shackles of religion and start to realise how unbelievable this nonsense really is.

3. As for politics... well, nothing will change there. the rich will get richer and the poor will suffer for it.

4. It'll probably be the year Margret Thatcher dies.

5. SSD's Will, I hope, dramatically drop in price. :D
