Telescope Help!

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a Telescope for my dad for Christmas and am looking for a little help.

I want to spend around £200-£250 and browsing the internet I have seen a Celestron LCM 114 Computerized. Does anybody no what this telescope is like? Or can you recommend any other telescopes in this sort of price range.

At £199 the TAL1 is almost certainly a better scope for less money, optically and in terms of the mount.
