Just tried to call 150 many times and I was told that Customer Services were 'unusually busy' and it hung up on me, then I tried just now, and it's closed?!

What a joke.

Customer Services are not open 24/7 just like other businesses.

Why? Customer Services (and TV/Phone Faults) are open till midnight 7 days a week
