Reported vandalised cabinet today!

There is no front on the cabinet near our house - wires exposed and obvious signs of vandalism. No sign of the front panel (metal thieves?) So I ring VM. Not to worry, they will be round in 10 days or so. I'm expecting my service to disappear anytime soon. Not impressed - the girl I spoke to was very dismissive and not remotely bothered.

48 hrs is the SLA for open/broken cab doors.

They are supposed to fill out a report form with you on the phone where they ask the location and type of cabinet plus the number if available.

If this has not been done then it may need reporting again.
