constant buffering problems

Quite often when i'm streaming stuff on napster, i player etc over the last couple of weeks I get constant buffering problems and my squeezebox has also had problems.

Has anyone else had any issues like this or this my modem or Reuter to blame

go to 192.168.100.1 and then to downstrema and uostream and post the information assuming your using ambit if not post your modem type and some0oen wil tell you wher eto get the infor from
