20mb v.slow in stoke on trent past 3 days!

For the past 3 days (since the upload upgrade) ive been getting this speed from my 20mb connection

Since this ive had a rock solid connection for years.
Virgin say there are no problems in my area, tried restarting the modem etc etc.

It only started like this since they did the upload upgrade!!!

Anyone else having this problem?

looks like they got the maths wrong on capacity needed for upgrade.

You know the take up of Virgin services in Stoke? That's pretty impressive.

I guess there's a lack of feedback from other areas as they are busy enjoying their new speeds :)

stoke is a high takeup area yes.
