problems in ng21 area ?

hi has anyone else been having drop out problems in the ng21 or mansfield area ??

my modem has been locking up and hanging for ages and im having to sometimes reboot it if it dont sort itself out

just wondered if more people are having it or do i have the long call to cs :shocked:

Check this link it told me my internet and tv is disrupted and tells you estimated time to fix
