i've have noticed i have this problem too, around 1-2pm and 1-2am :S

For the past couple nights i've been seeing low speeds with pages timing out too all after 1am. During the day the service is perfect getting full 50Mb.
I thought this just might be a issue in my local area but after talking about this to a friend who lives a couple miles awayit turns out he's also getting the same problem at the same times.As of right now 3.14am i'm only getting approx 5Mb out of my 50Mb connection both on speedtests and usenet. Glasgow G72 area.
