Upload Speed

I just read somewhere that they have changed.
What was the old XL (20mb) upload speed and what is the new one.

(Sorry if this is on the internet, couldn't find it)

Not everywhere has changed yet, they are still in the process of rolling it out.

They have a timeframe for when the complete rollout will be finished? I read the list of areas that have it already and Burnley isn't there :( Could do with this upload too, i do a lot of youtubeing (uploading videos)
