I had 50M installed 3 weeks ago, engineer came, installed and did the test - which was perfect.

The speed was stable for about 10 days, but now every speed test displays 33M?

I'm not prepared to pay more for 50M when it's not that much better than the previous 20M - what can I do apart from spend 2 hours on the phone to India?

That would be your "Up to 50Mb" service?

It may well be his "Up to" service but even VM would consider 33Mb unacceptable.

His modem stats and log file would've been helpful but he can always ring the 50Mb support team on 0800 052 0431

At busy times you could still get put through to offshore so the earlier you ring the better.
