2 hours on the phone to India, and there saying there is nothing wrong with my connection, he said he was gonna ring me back but never did:td:

since then tried downloading without router connected just modem, also with anti virus and firewall turned off and used tcp optimizer but still only downloading at 100/200 kb/s :mad:
