50 mb installation and router

Does anyone know if the engineer who calls to install your 50 mb brings the router with him or is it posted out to you?

When I had mine done he brought all the equipment with him.

Mine was posted I do believe several days before the install date

some get theres when the tech arrives to do the install (like me on the 14th october) , or like pabs says some equipment get posted......

mine wasn't on the paperwork so the engineer wouldn't give me the dongle or the router.

I rung vm shortly after who sent this out to me.

You need the dlink router to get 50mb!

As the old supplied netgear doesn't work with it! and limits ur conn to 25~30meg
