Ive been having intermittent problems with my internet disconnecting - sometimes every 5-9 mins and wondered if it was a faulty modem or router and wondered if someone in the know could take a look at my stats and see if anything was wrong:-

modem: ntl 256
router: belkin n1 wireless router

Stats look fine, could be the router. Try without it for a while

I think you've noise on the line.

Upstream Modulation : QPSK

Along with the high jitter.

May be worth contacting technical support.

Both your d/s power level and SNR are very much on the low end and IMO need adjusting.(not getting into the QPSK argument). Ring in and book a tech.
