Ping Speed Test Results

Hello,

I am not too sure what ping results actually mean with jitter and all that, could someone kindly tell me what this result means and if they think it looks a good ping test?

Mind you I performed a couple of tests before I got the A grade.

Ping - Length of time to send a signal from your PC to the server and back.

Jitter - Variance in signal, the higher the figure the higher ther probability of loss of data.

High ping and/or jitter (yours isn't) causes poor quality VOIP - unless really excessive ping isn't likely to have much if any impact on most other uses.

Gamers are the ones who value low pings as they all have far faster reactions than mere mortals so a ms or two can be crucial.
