My broadband just went dead from 9pm just now, sync light flashing no ready light, anybody else having this problem or just me?

It sounds like and area problem. If it is then it will probably be fixed by the end of next week. But i would phone them just to make sure you dont have a dead modem and are sitting there waiting for it to be fixed.

I just found out the TV is off as well, also spoken to CS and confirmed there is an outtage in the area.

Are you having a laugh or did you post the first thing that sprang to mind.:erm:

If it is an area fault then it may be off for a few hours, it may be on the Outage line if you ring 0800 561 0061.

Area faults are normally fixed within hours in my experience.

It was just from me having had that problem a few times and it was not a dig at VM.

You may have had the same symptoms but not the same problem, there is a difference.
